Meet Maria

 

Maria Santayana is the founder of GoodHaus and a licensed real estate agent (REA 2008).

With 19 years’ experience across Auckland — much of that time spent marketing and selling property throughout West Auckland, the North West and Rodney districts — she is known for being steady under pressure and precise in negotiation.

Her approach is structured and measured. Options are clearly outlined. Likely outcomes are explained. Decisions are made with clarity — aligned with each client’s appetite for risk.

From lifestyle properties to established family homes and investment portfolios, her philosophy remains consistent: clarity first, decision next, outcome earned.

Maria lives locally with her husband Mark, their blended family, and two hounds — Whiskey and Rocks — who keep life, and perspective, balanced.
