Overseas Storage and Disclosure

Some of our technology providers may store or process information overseas (for example, Australia, Singapore, the USA).

We take reasonable steps to ensure that any overseas providers protect your data to standards comparable to New Zealand’s Privacy Act 2020. (e.g., requiring third-party recipients to commit to robust data protection obligations); however, we do not control these third parties operations.

Where relevant, you agree to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information using those external Services, subject to our compliance with this Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 2020.

By continuing to use our Services, you consent to such overseas transfers, provided we maintain safeguards consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable privacy legislation.

Marketing & Spam Act Compliance

We will always obtain your consent before publishing your name, testimonial, or image. Your name, as you have published it in a review, will be deemed to be consent.
